Interior Designer

Company Description Decoimagination is a interior studio founded in 2015 that specializes in turnkey residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects. Decoimagination manages the entire design process with precision and care.

Role Description This is a full-time, Cad drafting role based in Kolkata. The Interior Designer will be responsible for preparing Layout , detailed drawings and layouts for residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects. Daily tasks include space planning and collaborating with architects, Managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is realized during execution. The Interior Designer will also support client presentations, gather feedback, and refine designs to align with client needs and the studio's design standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills to develop functional, aesthetically cohesive layouts.
• Candidates should possess Architecture and Construction Drawings skills to produce clear, accurate plans and technical details for execution.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software) and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, InDesign).
• Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, consultants, and on-site teams.
• Candidates should possess a relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design with experience in residential or commercial projects preferred.
• Candidates should possess excellent attention to detail, project organization abilities, and a commitment to high-quality, design-led execution.
