The Role: Interior Designer (Full-time, On-site, Pune)

This isn't about picking pretty finishes for a show flat. You'll be designing spaces that need to survive real industrial and commercial use then seeing your designs actually get built, not shelved.

You'll:

• Develop design concepts and space plans for industrial, commercial & infrastructure interiors
• Create and revise construction drawings that site teams can actually execute
• Select finishes, fixtures, and furnishings that balance form and function
• Visit project sites, track progress, and solve design problems in real time — not just on paper
• Work directly with project managers, engineers, and site teams to make sure your vision survives contact with reality
• Present and defend your design proposals to clients

What we're looking for:

• 2–5 years of experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure interior design (on-site project experience is a strong plus)
• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Strong hands-on skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Solid grasp of space planning, FF&E selection, and construction drawing standards
• Someone who can hold their own in a room with engineers and contractors, not just other designers

Compensation: As per industry standards, based on experience.
