Role Description

We are looking for a talented and execution-oriented Interior Designer who can independently manage projects from concept to completion. The role involves designing and executing commercial office interiors, coworking spaces, retail environments, and residential projects. The candidate should be capable of handling client interactions, design development, working drawings, 3D visualizations, vendor coordination, and site execution.

The ideal candidate should possess both strong design skills and practical site execution knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Office Interiors-

Conduct client requirement gathering and site measurements.

Develop space planning and layout options.

Create concept presentations and mood boards.

Prepare detailed 2D drawings including:

Layout Plans

Furniture Plans

Ceiling Plans

Electrical Plans

Flooring Plans

Elevations and Joinery Details

Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renders.

Prepare BOQs and material specifications.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants.

Conduct site visits and supervise project execution.

Ensure project completion within timelines and quality standards.

Handle client meetings and progress updates.

Residential Interiors

Meet prospective clients and understand requirements.

Present design concepts and material selections.

Develop layouts, 3D designs, and detailed drawings.

Participate in sales discussions and project closures.

Assist in preparing project estimates and proposals.

Coordinate with clients throughout project execution.

Ensure customer satisfaction and successful handover.

Project Execution & Site Management

Manage multiple sites simultaneously.

Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, HVAC vendors, and contractors.

Monitor site progress and maintain execution schedules.

Resolve site-related design and execution issues.

Conduct quality inspections.

Ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.

Manage snag lists and final project handovers.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture.

2–6 years of relevant experience.

Experience designing coworking spaces, commercial offices, or flexible work environments is an advantage.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to independently manage projects.

Practical understanding of site execution and construction processes.

Ability to handle client interactions confidently.
