ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our client is looking to hire Commercial Interior Designers/Architects for corporate office interior projects. The role involves designing, execution support, client presentations, estimation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Designing: Should have expertise in designing offices, viz., corporate office interiors.

2) Software: Should be well-versed in software's like AutoCAD, MS Office, Photoshop, Revit, etc.

3) Presentation: Should have good communication and presentation skills and should have the confidence to present the designs in front of the client.

4) Estimate: Know-how on the latest materials and market rates. Should be able to prepare estimates.

5) Execution: Should be able to implement the designs at the site. Preparation of bar charts and coordination with the site engineers, contractors, various vendors, and agencies.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

*Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

*Experience in corporate/commercial office interior projects.

*Strong design sensibility with technical detailing knowledge.

*Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

*Good stakeholder coordination and client-facing exposure.

*Self-driven, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
