Job Overview:

We are hiring one Architect/ Interior Designer to own all space planning and visualization work at Collab24. Your layouts help clients visualize their future office and directly support the sales process.

This is a fast-paced, ownership-driven role with

real impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

2D Layout & Space Planning:

- Create accurate 2D AutoCAD office layouts based

on client briefs

- Optimize seat count, zoning, circulation, and

furniture placement

- Produce multiple layout variations — open plan,

cabin-heavy, hybrid

- Take site measurements and build base DWG files

- Maintain furniture block library for faster

turnaround

- Export clean, presentation-ready PDFs for clients

- Revise layouts quickly based on feedback

- Maintain master DWG files for all properties

3D Visualization & Presentation:

- Create 3D views in SketchUp for client

visualization

- Produce renders using Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray

- Build mood boards with reference images and

material suggestions

- Use 3ds Max for detailed modelling when needed

- Post-process renders in Adobe Photoshop

- Maintain a visual library of completed spaces

Must Have Skills:

- AutoCAD 2D — fast and independent

- AutoCAD 3D — basic drafting

- Space planning and floor planning

- Working drawings — dimensions, layers,

annotations, line weights

- Furniture layout and office ergonomics

- Site measurement and DWG conversion

- Interior design fundamentals

- Layout planning and variations

- Real portfolio — floor plans or office layouts

Good to Have Skills:

- SketchUp / Google SketchUp

- Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray

- 3ds Max

- Revit or AutoCAD Architecture

- Adobe Photoshop

- Canva

- Commercial office or coworking experience

- Interior architecture background

Qualifications:

- B.Arch or B.Des (Interior Design) preferred

- 0 to 3 years experience

- Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome
