About the Role

We are hiring an Interior Designer & Client Coordination Executive for one of our premium clients based in Edappally, Kochi.

This dynamic role involves supporting interior design execution while actively coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams. It perfectly combines design responsibilities with client handling, follow-ups, and basic marketing support, ensuring smooth project flow and high client engagement. We are looking for a professional who excels in relationship-building, detailed multitasking, and polished communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural/interior drawings and detailed 3D visualizations.
• Assist in design development, mood boards, and material selection.
• Maintain seamless, proactive coordination with clients, vendors, and project teams.
• Handle incoming client inquiries, manage follow-ups, and schedule design meetings.
• Attend marketing and sales calls as required to support business growth.
• Maintain precise project documentation, timelines, and records.
• Manage and update social media platforms (creating posts, sharing project updates, and driving engagement).
• Support overall branding and digital marketing activities for the firm.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in interior design, client coordination, or a closely related role.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and industry-standard rendering software.
• Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of contemporary interior design concepts, spacing, and materials.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to manage client interactions effectively.
• Organization: Multi-tasking mindset with a sharp eye for detail and documentation.
• Digital Savvy: Basic knowledge of social media management, content posting, and community engagement.
