Role Description
We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time hybrid role, combining on-site work with flexibility for remote work as needed. The role involves creating detailed interior designs, developing construction drawings, assisting with space planning, and selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). The candidate will also contribute to collaborative design processes and ensure projects align with innovative and sustainable design principles.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Interior Design and FF&E selection to achieve aesthetic and functional project goals
- Strong skills in Space Planning, Architecture, and Construction Drawings for comprehensive design and execution
- Experience with BIM tools and processes relevant to Interior Design
- Knowledge of sustainable and innovative architecture and design practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Previous experience in the AEC or design industry is a plus
