Interior Designer BIM & Revit Specialist

WE'RE HIRING – INTERIOR DESIGNER (BIM, REVIT & TENDERING)

ILLUSION DESIGNS is looking for an experienced and technically strong Interior Designer with hands-on experience in BIM, Autodesk Revit, and Tender Documentation to join our team.

Key Requirements and Skills

• Mandatory hands-on experience in BIM and Autodesk Revit, including 3D modeling, technical drawings, and BIM coordination.
• Strong experience in tender documentation, including preparation of complete tender drawing packages, specifications, and schedules.
• Ability to prepare detailed technical drawings, including layouts, elevations, sections, joinery details, and construction drawings.
• Strong understanding of interior design processes, from concept development through tendering and project execution.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and interior detailing.
• Ability to coordinate architectural, MEP, and other technical drawings.
• Good understanding of BOQs, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Experience reviewing shop drawings, material submissions, and technical submittals.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior design, BIM, Revit, and tender documentation (mandatory).
• Experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD is mandatory.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating BIM models, technical drawings, and tender packages is required.
