Interior Designer

Overview

Understand client requirements and assist in developing design concepts. Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, elevations, sections and working drawings. Create 3D models, renders and design presentations. Assist in material selection, finishes, furniture, lighting and accessories. Prepare and update BOQs, material specifications and estimates. Coordinate with vendors, contractors and site teams. Attend site visits and check execution as per approved drawings. Identify site issues and coordinate with the senior designer for solutions. Handle design revisions and drawing updates based on client/site requirements. Maintain proper project drawings, material samples and documentation. Develop knowledge of materials, construction details, furniture and interior execution. Take responsibility for assigned tasks and complete them within the required timeline.
