We're looking for a MidSenior Designer to join a dynamic studio in Gurgaon and take the creative lead on diverse architecture and interior design projects. This role demands a balance of conceptual excellence, technical precision, and confident leadershipperfect for a designer who thrives on pushing boundaries and delivering exceptional spatial experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design development from concept to execution for multiple projects.
- Communicate with clients independentlypresent ideas, manage feedback, and align design vision.
- Mentor junior designers and oversee drawing sets, presentations, and 3D visuals.
- Coordinate with consultants and vendors to ensure smooth, timely delivery.
- Conduct site visits for execution oversight and issue resolution.
- Select materials and finishes in line with concept and budget.
- Prepare working drawings and construction documents with attention to detail.
Requirements
- Proven project leadership from concept to completion
- Strong eye for detail, spatial design, and innovation
- Excellent communication and team management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray
Work Schedule:
- Location: Sushant Lok Phase 1, Gurgaon
- Work Type: Full-time, Work from Office
- Schedule: Monday - Saturday (10:00 am to 7:00 pm)
