Interior Designer AI-Integrated Design Specialist

We are seeking a visionary High-End Residential Interior Designer who seamlessly blends bespoke craftsmanship with cutting-edge artificial intelligence.

In this role, you will curate bespoke living environments that reflect each client's lifestyle and identity. You will combine spatial storytelling and custom furniture design, with generative AI tools to rapidly turn high-concept narratives into bespoke residences.

Key Responsibilities

Spatial Storytelling & Concept Design: Craft narrative-driven design concepts tailored to luxury homeowners. Use generative AI tools (Midjourney, DALL-E 3, Stable Diffusion) to rapidly explore architectural archetypes, lighting moods, and sculptural aesthetics during initial discovery phases.

Bespoke Millwork & Custom Furniture Design: Develop detailed technical drawings, joinery details, and specs for one-of-a-kind furniture, custom cabinetry, and architectural features. Utilize AI visualization tools to generate real-time 3D studies of complex forms and custom upholstery options before physical sampling.

Rapid Photorealistic Rendering: Translate SketchUp 3D models into hyper-realistic renderings using AI rendering engines (Veras, LookX, Magnific AI, Archicad AI Visualizer, others) to give clients an accurate preview of custom lighting, high-end finishes, and textile finishes.

High-Touch Client Presentations: Present immersive design narratives and material boards to high-net-worth clients, using AI-assisted imagery to demonstrate lighting shifts, spatial flow, and material variations in real time during feedback sessions.

Artisanal & Job-Site Coordination: Work directly with master craftspeople, millworkers, stonemasons, and general contractors to ensure AI-conceived custom designs are executed to exact technical standards & on budget.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.

Custom Furniture & Detail Proficiency: Strong technical ability in detailing custom millwork, bespoke furniture, upholstered pieces, and luxury stone/metal integrations.

Generative AI Mastermind: Hands-on expertise using image-generation models and prompt engineering to create coherent aesthetic themes, custom fabric motifs, and hyper-realistic spatial previews.

Industry-Standard Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, alongside Adobe Creative Suite for portfolio and presentation deck preparation.

Portfolio: A refined portfolio showcasing completed residential projects, custom detail drawings, and AI-augmented concept work.
