Earnings: Monthly - Rs 20,000 to 2,00,000 & Yearly - 3 LPA to 24 LPA (1 to 10 Years Exp)

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team at AesthetiX. You will work on premium residential projects, delivering innovative, functional, and aesthetically strong designs — from concept to final execution. This role requires strong hands-on experience on Sketchup, Enspace & AutoCAD, design ownership, precision, and the ability to translate client vision into practical, high-quality interiors through smooth and proactive collaboration.

What we expect you to do - Just below 6 Tasks (Design Ownership from Concept to Execution)

1. End-to-End Design Ownership: Lead the complete design process from concept creation to final approved drawings and execution support.
2. Client Understanding & Presentation: Understand client requirements and confidently present 3D designs, realistic renders, 2D drawings with detailing, space plans, mood boards, and feasibility reviews.
3. Material & Design Finalization: Select and finalize materials, finishes, furnishings, and design elements aligned with project goals and client expectations.
4. Accuracy, Budget & Timelines: Deliver error-free designs on time, ensuring alignment with defined budgets and project feasibility.
5. Team Coordination & Execution Support: Collaborate closely with Sales Team(In creating quotations, you don't need to create), Site Engineers, Contractors, and Vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
6. Site Supervision & Quality Control: Conduct site visits, ensure execution matches approved drawings, resolve deviations proactively, and maintain aesthetic, functional, and safety standards throughout.
