Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in retail, commercial, hospitality, café, restaurant, office, and franchise outlet designing.

The role involves conceptualizing and executing innovative interior solutions aligned with brand identity, customer experience, and operational functionality.

Key Responsibilities

Design retail stores, cafés, restaurants, offices, kiosks, and franchise outlets

Develop:

• 2D layouts
• Space planning
• 3D concepts
• Working drawings
• BOQs & material specifications

Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and project teams

Ensure brand consistency across multiple outlets/franchise locations

Create presentation decks, mood boards, and client-facing concepts

Conduct site visits and supervise project execution when required

Work closely with franchise development & leasing teams for rollout projects

Optimize layouts for customer flow, operational efficiency, and aesthetics

Stay updated with latest retail, hospitality, and commercial design trends

Required Skills

Strong understanding of:

• Commercial interiors
• Retail design
• Hospitality interiors
• Brand-oriented space planning

Proficiency in:

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• 3ds Max / Blender
• V-Ray / Lumion
• Photoshop

Good visualization and presentation skills

Knowledge of materials, lighting, furniture, and execution processes

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong communication and client handling abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial/retail/hospitality interiors
• Candidates from architecture/interior firms or rollout agencies preferred
