Interior Designer 2 Plus years - Bachelor of Architect

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer at our Bengaluru location. The Interior Designer will handle responsibilities such as space planning, developing architectural designs for interior spaces, creating detailed construction drawings, and ensuring the effective selection and integration of furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). The role involves collaborating with clients, project teams, and contractors to deliver innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling designs for residential, commercial, or special-purpose projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and an understanding of optimizing functional layouts.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Architecture and Interior & Exterior Design principles.
• Ability to create detailed and precise Construction Drawings in alignment with project specifications.
• Experience with selection and coordination of FF&E, including materials, finishes, and furnishings.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture is required.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Escape, D5 Rendering, Lumion
• Strong project management and collaboration skills, with an eye for detail and quality.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable design practices is a plus.
• 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in residential, commercial, or mixed-use design projects.
• Exposure on Villas and Residentials or Farmhouses
