Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Design Specialist based in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, creating customized interior design solutions, and collaborating with clients and team members to develop functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Daily tasks include space planning, selecting furniture, FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and providing design presentations. The Interior Design Specialist will ensure timely project completion and maintain high-quality design standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning to create effective layouts and optimize functionality
• Strong Communication and collaboration skills to understand client needs and liaise with stakeholders
• Expertise in Interior Design, including knowledge of design principles and current trends
• Experience in selecting and designing with Furniture and FF&E for customized solutions
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
• Prior experience in luxury or high-end interior design projects is an advantage
