Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Planning:
• Developing design concepts and plans for residential, commercial, or institutional spaces.
• Creating 2D and 3D renderings, floor plans, and elevations using design software.
• Selecting materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures, considering aesthetics, functionality, and budget.
• Ensuring designs comply with building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Client Communication and Collaboration:
• Understanding client needs and preferences through consultations and meetings.
• Presenting design proposals and solutions to clients.
• Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals on projects.
