Job Summary: Lario Home Interiors is hiring Interior Designers to join our design studio. This role is ideal for designers who are passionate about drafting, detailing, space planning, and 3D visualization. The position involves assisting in creating 2D drawings and 3D views, developing design concepts, and supporting the senior design team in bringing ideas to life.

The ideal candidate should have strong creative thinking skills and be able to understand design requirements through discussions and briefs. They should be comfortable making design revisions based on feedback and willing to learn and grow in a professional studio environment. Staying updated with interior design trends, materials, and finishes is essential to contribute fresh and practical ideas to projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Create attractive and functional interior design concepts, layouts, and space plans

2. Meet clients to understand design requirements, objectives, and preferences 3. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met Prepare and present 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, realistic renderings, mock-ups, and client presentations

4. Assist in preparing quotations and ensure the complete design workflow is followed

5. Support material selection, finishes, color schemes, and detailing discussions 6. Incorporate client feedback and revise designs accordingly

7. Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and industry standards Qualifications

Qualification:

1. 14 years of experience in interior design or a related field

2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape renders

3. Strong creative, visualisation, and communication skills

4. Ability to create client-ready drawings and presentations

5. Experience assisting in material selection and design detailing

6. Knowledge of Coohom is an added advantage

Preferred Skills:Prior experience in the interior design, real estate, or architecture sector.Fluency in English and local language(s).
