Interior Design Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with expert-level proficiency in SketchUp and V-Ray or 3D Max. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming conceptual sketches into high-end, photorealistic 3D renderings and technical drawings. You will play a key role in helping clients visualize their spaces through immersive and accurate designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models of residential and commercial spaces using SketchUp.
• Produce high-quality, photorealistic renders and walkthroughs using V-Ray.
• Apply advanced texturing, lighting, and material mapping to ensure realistic output.
• Collaborate with the design team to refine layouts, furniture selection, and color palettes.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and rendering techniques to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Software Mastery: Advanced knowledge of SketchUp and V-Ray is mandatory.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret 2D floor plans (AutoCAD) and convert them into 3D.
• Aesthetic Eye: Strong understanding of interior lighting, composition, and material finishes.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in interior design or 3D visualization.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating realistic V-Ray renders is a must-have for consideration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Post-Production (Adobe Photoshop).
• Knowledge of Lumion, Enscape, or 3ds Max is a plus.
• Understanding of construction details and joinery.
