• Understand client requirements, preferences, and project goals
• Create design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts
• Develop 2D drawings, 3D designs, and presentations
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams
• Conduct site visits to ensure design execution aligns with plans
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and dcor elements
• Manage timelines and ensure timely project delivery
• Handle client interactions and provide design updates

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• 14 years of experience in residential/commercial design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools
• Strong sense of design, color, and aesthetics
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

• Knowledge of modular design and space optimization
• Experience in site execution and vendor coordination
• Basic understanding of costing and BOQs
