Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Design Consultant role based in Noida, with a compensation range of 4–6 LPA. The Interior Design Consultant will meet with clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, budget, and functional requirements, and then translate these into design concepts and detailed proposals. Responsibilities include creating layouts, selecting furniture, materials, and finishes, preparing mood boards and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation. The role involves guiding clients through design options, managing project timelines, and maintaining accurate documentation for each project. The consultant will also contribute to sales growth by presenting design solutions that align with client needs and support overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present design ideas and actively listen to client needs.
- Customer service skills to build trust, handle feedback professionally, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Interior design skills including space planning, color theory, material selection, and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Sales skills to convert inquiries into projects, negotiate effectively, and support revenue targets.
- Furniture knowledge, including styles, materials, and ergonomic considerations for residential interiors.
- Relevant academic background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency with design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software) and basic MS Office skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in residential interior projects or home décor consulting is preferred.
