Senior Project Manager – Residential Interiors (NCR)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead multiple high-end residential interior projects across Delhi NCR. The candidate should have extensive experience in turnkey residential interior execution, strong client management skills, excellent technical understanding, and the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and profitability.

The role requires frequent site visits across NCR. The candidate must own and regularly use a personal car for site mobility.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
  • Lead end-to-end execution of residential interior projects from handover to final delivery.
  • Prepare and monitor project timelines, milestones, procurement schedules, and manpower plans.
  • Coordinate with design, production, procurement, accounts, vendors, and site teams.
  • Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and design intent.
  • Identify execution risks and proactively resolve site issues.
Site Management
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously across NCR.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and review progress.
  • Monitor quality standards, workmanship, safety, and site discipline.
  • Ensure proper site documentation and reporting.
  • Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, false ceiling, paint, stone, carpentry, modular and furniture installations.
Client Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project execution.
  • Attend client meetings and provide regular progress updates.
  • Manage client expectations and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Handle variation requests and coordinate approvals.
Vendor & Contractor Management
  • Manage contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, stone installers, and other agencies.
  • Track vendor performance and productivity.
  • Ensure material availability as per project schedule.
  • Verify contractor bills and work completion.
Commercial & Cost Control
  • Monitor project budgets and site expenditures.
  • Identify cost overruns and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with accounts and procurement teams.
  • Ensure proper billing milestones and project profitability.
Team Leadership
  • Lead Project Engineers, Site Supervisors, and Site Coordinators.
  • Conduct regular review meetings.
  • Mentor junior team members and improve execution standards.
  • Maintain accountability and ownership across projects.
Mandatory Requirements
  • 8–10+ years of experience in residential interior project management.
  • Minimum 5 years handling turnkey luxury residential interiors.
  • Strong knowledge of interior construction methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Must own a personal car and be comfortable travelling extensively across NCR.
  • Strong understanding of BOQs, budgets, drawings, and site execution.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, Google Sheets, and project reporting tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, electrical, and plumbing drawings.
  • Experience managing projects worth ₹50 Lakhs to ₹5 Crores+.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience with premium residential projects in Gurgaon, South Delhi, Noida, and Faridabad.
  • Exposure to luxury villas, builder floors, apartments, and farmhouse projects.

Compensation

CTC: ₹12–15 LPA (depending on experience and capability)
