Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple interior project sites simultaneously.
- Plan daily site activities and coordinate execution with Site Supervisors.
- Ensure timely completion of projects as per committed timelines.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, and other execution teams. ,Clients , site supervisiors
- Handle material planning, procurement coordination, and timely material availability at site.
- Monitor site quality, finishing standards, and execution workflow.
- Conduct regular site visits and provide practical on-site solutions.
- Maintain daily progress reports and execution updates.
- Coordinate directly with clients regarding project progress, timelines, site concerns, and approvals.
- Ensure proper manpower planning and workflow management across sites
- Resolve site challenges and execution issues efficiently.
- Work closely with the design and execution team for smooth project delivery.
- Ensure all projects are executed within budget, timeline, and quality standards
