Role Description The Interior Design Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for leading interior design projects from concept to completion, including managing timelines, budgets, and coordination with clients, vendors, and contractors. Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, overseeing space planning, reviewing and approving construction drawings, and ensuring that furniture and finishes align with project standards and client expectations. The Interior Design Project Manager will conduct site visits, monitor progress, resolve design and execution issues, and maintain clear documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with relevant regulations and company guidelines.

Qualifications
- Strong Space Planning and Interior Design skills, with the ability to translate client needs into functional and aesthetically sound solutions.
- Proficiency in Project Management for interior projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to read, develop, and review Construction Drawings, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with design intent.
- Knowledge of Furniture selection and layout, including materials, finishes, ergonomics, and vendor coordination.
- Relevant academic background in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and standard office productivity tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Prior experience in interior design project management or similar roles in the building and construction industry is highly beneficial.
