Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to oversee commercial and corporate interior design projects from planning to final execution. The ideal candidate should have strong project management, site coordination, vendor management, and team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, and material requirements.
• Manage site teams and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings.
• Prepare daily progress reports and project schedules.
• Ensure quality standards and workplace safety compliance.
• Handle client meetings, site inspections, and project handovers.
• Resolve site-related issues and ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in commercial interior projects.
• Commercial interior execution experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of office interiors, fit-outs, and turnkey projects.
• Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.
• Knowledge of BOQ, billing, material management, and project scheduling.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.

Salary & Benefits

40,000 – 45,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
