Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized Interior Project Manager who can manage interior projects from concept to completion. The role involves coordinating with designers, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per design standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Manage complete lifecycle of interior design projects from design development to final handover.
- Prepare project timelines, budgets, and resource planning.
- Ensure smooth execution of site activities and resolve on-site challenges.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with design team, procurement team, vendors, and contractors.
- Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
Site & Quality Management
- Monitor site progress and workmanship quality.
- Ensure implementation of approved drawings and specifications.
- Maintain quality standards and resolve design or execution issues.
Budget & Cost Control
- Track project budgets and expenses.
- Coordinate with procurement for material planning and vendor management.
- Ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project documentation, BOQs, drawings, and approvals.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and updates for management.
- Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained.
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Identify and coordinate with contractors, carpenters, civil vendors, and suppliers.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of interior project execution and site management
- Knowledge of materials, furniture, joinery, and finishing
- Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and client handling skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in interior project management
Preferred Experience
- Experience in residential, hospitality, or commercial interior projects
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, project management tools, and BOQ preparation
