At White Lotus Atelier, we are building a design practice that goes beyond interiors — creating experiential spaces across hospitality, luxury living, wellness, and lifestyle environments across India and international markets.

We are seeking an Interior Designer/ Architect – Business Development & Design Growth Manager who is passionate about design, deeply driven by relationships, and excited to scale a growing brand to greater heights.

This role is for someone who:

Key Responsibilities:

* Client relationship management & strategic networking

* Business development & high-value client acquisitions

* Coordinating between clients, consultants & internal teams

* Leading project communication & weekly deliverables

* Supporting expansion across multiple cities & international markets

* Contributing to the larger vision and growth of White Lotus Atelier
