Interior Design Manager

WE'RE HIRING | DESIGN MANAGER – STUDIO HEAD | JAIPUR

Location: Jaipur

CTC: Up to 10 LPA + Performance Incentives

Experience: 5+ Years

We're looking for a Design Manager – Studio Head who can take ownership of the design function, lead a team, handle clients, and drive projects from Design → Conversion → Execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and mentor a team of Interior Designers

• Handle client meetings, presentations & design discussions

• Drive design-led client conversion

• Review concepts, mood boards & technical drawings

• Ensure design quality and project timelines

• Coordinate with Business, Operations & Execution teams

• Understand modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, materials & hardware

• Handle design challenges and client escalations

• Take complete ownership of studio performance and outcomes

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 5+ years of experience in Residential Interiors

• Strong experience in Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes & Furniture

• Excellent client handling & presentation skills

• Strong technical/working drawing knowledge

• Experience leading or mentoring designers

• Good understanding of materials, finishes & execution

• Strong communication, problem-solving & ownership mindset

• Architect / Interior Designer preferred

This is not just a Senior Designer role.

We're looking for a hands-on design leader who can own a studio and build a high-performing design team.
