Interior Design Manager

What You'll Own

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Architects & Interior Designers.
• Manage the project funnel effectively, ensuring smooth movement of projects from order booking through to production readiness.
• Co-own designer conversion metrics with the Sales Manager.
• Ensure a consistent 9+/10 NPS (Net Promoter Score) through exceptional customer experience.
• Handle key customer interactions and escalations, ensuring premium engagement and smooth decision-making throughout the project journey.
• Drive predictability in collections and projects pushed to production.
• Ensure seamless and premium customer experience across all project stages.
• Hire, develop, and nurture top design talent.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, operations, and installation) for seamless project execution.

What We're Looking For

• 35 year Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

• 7+ years of experience in interior design.

• Mandatory experience in leading and managing design teams at list for 3 years .

• Strong design acumen with a sales orientation.

• Strong understanding of project pipeline / funnel management and revenue predictability.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage high-value customers, handle escalations, influence decisions, and drive conversions.

• Experience building, mentoring, and scaling design teams is a strong advantage.
