Interior design internship

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Interior Design Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various aspects of the interior design process, from conceptual development to project execution. You will work alongside our experienced design team, contributing to real-world projects and gaining valuable industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of design concepts and presentations.
• Participate in space planning, furniture selection, and material sourcing.
• Create mood boards, layouts, and design renderings.
• Support in drafting floor plans, elevations, and design details using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
• Assist in client presentations and contribute to design discussions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for samples and product information.
• Attend site visits to assist in project management and monitor design implementation.
• Maintain an organized project library, including materials, finishes, and catalogues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency.

Requirements

• Currentlyq pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, etc.).
• Strong creative and technical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics and trends.
