We are seeking a talented and motivated Interior Design Engineer to join our team in Perumbakkam, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in interior design, with a strong passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to determine their requirements and preferences for interior spaces.
- Create detailed design plans, including layout, materials, and color schemes.
- Select furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with the design vision and project budget.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making adjustments as necessary.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure proper execution of designs during the construction phase.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture,Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative design solutions.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
