Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to understand requirements, budgets, and timelines

Create and present interior design proposals that drive conversions

Achieve monthly sales targets through design-led selling

Prepare BOQs and cost estimates

Manage client feedback and ensure smooth handover after closure

Required Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture

Proficiency in AutoCAD; 3D tools are a plus

Experience in client-facing or sales-oriented roles

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Commercial mindset with a customer-first approach
