Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Design Consultant based in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their preferences, designing customized interior solutions, providing expert advice on furniture selection, and ensuring a seamless client experience. The consultant will also be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process and addressing any queries or concerns with professional communication and exceptional customer service skills.
Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of Experience as a Interior Designer
- Strong skills in Interior Design and Furniture selection to create practical, aesthetic, and personalized spaces.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and ensure a seamless experience.
- Sales skills to guide clients through purchasing decisions and promote HomeLane's products and services effectively.
- Ability to manage client expectations, understand design requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions within timelines.
- A degree or certification in Interior Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in design tools and software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar will be an advantage.
