Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist, located on-site in Pune. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships from inquiry to project completion, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Daily tasks include analyzing customer data, collaborating with sales and project teams, overseeing the client journey, and implementing strategies to improve CRM processes and engagement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and a strong understanding of customer lifecycle management.
• Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Analytical Skills to interpret customer data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience in Sales and the ability to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Project Management expertise to coordinate timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the home design or interior solutions industry is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain client-focused professionalism.
