We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused executive to manage client enquiries, engage with prospective customers, and support the sales process for luxury interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for new client enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable interior solutions.
• Present the company's services, design approach, and value proposition effectively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure client expectations are accurately captured.
• Assist in preparing quotations, presentations, and follow-ups to drive conversions.
• Maintain and update lead records, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM systems.
