Interior Assistant Manager - Design & Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the Design & Sales Executive team.
• Set and monitor individual and team-wise sales targets.
• Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, pipeline, and revenue.
• Support the team in client meetings, negotiations, site visits, and high-value closures.
• Review designs and ensure they meet customer requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate with design, production, operations, and installation teams.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor payments, collections, order processing, and project handovers.
• Track team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales and performance reports to management.

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of modular kitchens, interiors, materials, and finishes.
• Strong sales, follow-up, and target management abilities.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Coohom, or similar design tools.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil, Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in modular kitchen/interior/furniture sales.
• Team handling and sales management experience mandatory.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing projects end-to-end.
