Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Architect role based in Kanakapura road Bengaluru. The Interior Architect will translate client requirements into functional, aesthetically compelling interior concepts and detailed designs. Daily responsibilities include space planning, preparing drawings and 3D visualizations, selecting finishes and materials, and coordinating interior fit-out details. The role involves collaborating closely with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal design teams to ensure design intent is maintained from concept to completion. The Interior Architect will also support site visits, review shop drawings, monitor quality, and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and relevant codes or standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Interior Architecture and Architecture, with the ability to integrate structural, functional, and aesthetic requirements.
• Proficiency in Interior Design and Interior Fit-out, including detailing, materials selection, and coordination with contractors and vendors.
• Demonstrated expertise in Space Planning, optimizing layouts for usability, flow, and client objectives.
• Experience using design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D rendering software) and familiarity with building regulations and standards.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Strong communication, client-facing, and presentation skills, with the ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
