We are looking for an Interior Architect / Architect who brings both design sensitivity and technical understanding to the table. You will work closely with the team and clients to develop thoughtful, well-resolved spaces that translate seamlessly from concept to execution.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in residential architecture or interior design
- Strong understanding of interior language, materials, and spatial design (must-have)
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems and structural coordination (must-have)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and relevant design tools
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications- Experience handling projects from concept to execution
- Strong sense of detailing and material application
- Ability to translate design concepts into practical, buildable solutions
- Understanding of site execution and coordination
- A mindset that is curious, observant, and detail-oriented
- Strong presentation and client communication skills
Responsibilities- Develop design concepts, layouts, and material palettes for residential projects
- Translate ideas into detailed drawings, working drawings, and GFC packages
- Integrate design with HVAC and structural considerations within the design process
- Work closely with clients to understand their lifestyle, needs, and preferences, ensuring timely and thoughtful project delivery
- Present design ideas, material selections, and concepts clearly to clients
- Ensure consistency in design language across all stages of the project
- Assist in site coordination and ensure design intent is maintained during execution
