Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Sales for the Air Compressor Division. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in industrial/compressor sales, business development, project tracking, and techno-commercial sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate enquiries for centrifugal, oil-free reciprocating, gas and screw compressors.
• Identify new customers and develop business opportunities.
• Manage key customer relationships across the South Region.
• Generate enquiries through direct customer engagement and dealer networks.
• Track projects and coordinate with customers and consultants.
• Prepare techno-commercial offers and negotiate/finalize orders.
• Conduct techno-commercial meetings and product presentations.
• Achieve sales and order booking targets as per AOP.
• Develop relationships with consultants, OEMs, EPCs, dealers and industrial customers.
• Conduct customer seminars and technical presentations.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Understand compressed air applications in industries such as Automobile, Textile, Chemical and Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Diesel Portable Screw Compressors will be an added advantage.
