About The Role :
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React (Frontend) and Python (Backend), along with hands-on experience in Apache Kafka and large-scale mailing or communication platforms.
The ideal candidate should have worked in organizations building or managing enterprise-grade email systems similar other high-volume messaging infrastructures. This role requires deep technical expertise in scalable architecture, distributed systems, and real-time data processing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop scalable web applications using React.js.
- Build secure and high-performance backend services using Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask).
- Architect and maintain event-driven systems using Apache Kafka.
- Develop and manage large-scale email processing systems, including SMTP, IMAP, and POP3 integrations.
- Optimize backend services for high throughput and low latency.
- Design RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and encryption standards.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and monitoring of production systems.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployments.
Technical Requirements
Frontend :
- Strong proficiency in React.js
- Experience with Redux or Context API
- Knowledge of TypeScript is preferred
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and responsive design
Backend :
- Strong command over Python
- Experience with Django, FastAPI, or Flask
- Experience building scalable REST APIs
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
Messaging & Streaming :
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
- Experience with asynchronous processing and distributed systems
Mailing Platform Experience (Mandatory) :
- Experience working on email or messaging platforms
- Strong understanding of SMTP, IMAP, and POP3 protocols
