Drive end-to-end program execution across product and engineering, owning planning, backlog management, and on-time delivery
Run engineering sprints end-to-end, ensuring clear goals, disciplined execution, and delivery against commitments
Establish and refine execution processes to improve predictability, team velocity, accountability, and output quality
Own prioritization across initiatives, making clear P0 and P1 decisions based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility
Act as the central point of alignment across product, engineering, design, and business teams, translating requirements into structured execution plans and resolving risks and blockers
Build and manage a high-performing team environment through regular 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and career development planning by working closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and the engineering team
Ensure strong product thinking in execution by aligning problem statements, user impact, and success metrics with business outcomes such as direct bookings, conversion, and customer experience
Leverage GenAI tools to automate documentation, build quick product wireframes, and optimize engineering workflows to drive faster iteration and improved engineering velocity
Strong mastery of project management methodologies and tracking logic to build structured velocity dashboards and tracking 8 to 12 years of experience in Product/ Program Management in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
Strong experience in agile methodologies, sprint planning, and delivery management
Proven ability to prioritize effectively and make data-informed decisions in ambiguous situations
Demonstrated experience in managing and growing teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product decisions to revenue and customer impact
Comfort working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical trade-offs, backed by a solid understanding of web technologies, system architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (SaaS environment) to effectively evaluate engineering trade-offs
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Hands-on and proactive in exploring new tools, with a strong willingness to learn and leverage AI for rapid prototyping, design creation, and problem-solving
