Role Overview
As an SAP PP-QM Consultant at BOSONTECH IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP PP and QM modules to meet our clients business requirements.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing production planning and quality management processes, leading to improved efficiency, reduced costs, and enhanced product quality for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to production planning and quality management processes to define optimal SAP solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP PP and QM modules, including master data setup, production order management, quality inspection planning, and quality notifications.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of SAP PP and QM configurations.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP PP and QM functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PP and QM modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with ABAP developers to design and implement custom solutions to meet specific business requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP PP and QM functionalities and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Required Skillset
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP PP and QM modules, including configuration, implementation, and support.
- Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Strong understanding of production planning and quality management processes in manufacturing environments.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Adaptability to work in Bangalore location.
