What You'll Achieve
As an Interaction Designer Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for the production of high-quality design artefacts that can be referenced upon by varied stakeholders, striking a balance between user requirements against business goals. You will see through the design life cycle from user research, wire framing, interaction design, to prototyping and visual design.
You will:
- Lead the product design from discovery to framework development and design production.
- Manage usability testing, design analytics, and design strategy to achieve user needs.
- Educate cross functional team on design requirements.
- Introduce industry best practices that can add value to the design process.
- Support with recruiting and hiring team members.

Essential Requirements
- Must provide an Online Portfolio for reference
- 2 to 5 years of experience in design patterns, from user research to lo-fidelity and hi-fidelity mock-ups
- Strong communication skills to articulate design solutions and requirements across varied stakeholders
Desirable Requirements
- Experience working with AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Figma Make
- Experience with Service Design methodologies
