Interaction Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, strong visual design skills, and the ability to create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user interfaces that align with our brand identity and enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the product team to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirements
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively
• Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with brand guidelines
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and enhance designs
• Collaborate with developers to ensure feasibility and successful implementation of design concepts
• Develop user personas, journeys, and information architectures to guide design decisions
• Maintain a consistent design language and pattern library across all digital touchpoints
• Optimize user interfaces for responsive design across devices and screen sizes
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
• Collaborate with the content team to integrate visual and textual elements effectively
• Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and iterate designs based on stakeholder input
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to improving the design process
• Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to create well-rounded solutions

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design
• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and collaboration tools
• Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback effectively
• Excellent visual design skills including typography, color theory, and layout composition
• Strong communication skills to present design concepts and rationale to teams
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Problem-solving skills and ability to iterate designs based on feedback and user insights
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts is a plus
