Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intensivist at Upasani Super Speciality Hospital in Mumbai. The Intensivist will be responsible for managing critically ill patients, diagnosing and treating complex medical conditions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care in the hospital's intensive care unit (ICU). Day-to-day tasks may include performing procedures, formulating treatment plans, coordinating with other specialists, and ensuring adherence to best medical practices. The role requires a commitment to delivering personalized care with a focus on patient well-being and recovery.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Critical Care Medicine and Critical Care Nursing
• Proficiency in Pulmonology and Anesthesiology practices
• Strong foundation in General Medicine to manage complex cases
• Ability to perform under high-pressure situations and make quick, informed decisions
• Relevant certifications or fellowship in critical care or related fields preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Prior experience working in ICU settings is highly desirable
• Ready to work for permenant night shift.
