Position: Intensivist Consultant
Location: Panvel, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
Qualification: MD / DNB Anesthesia / Medicine / Pulmonary Medicine with Fellowship in Critical Care / IDCCM / DrNB Critical Care
Experience: Minimum 25 years preferred in ICU / Critical Care
Job Responsibilities
- Manage critically ill patients in the ICU including medical and surgical cases
- Handle ventilator management, invasive and non-invasive life support systems
- Perform ICU procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, arterial line placement, etc.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, physicians, and nursing staff
- Handle emergency and code blue situations efficiently
- Maintain accurate patient records and ICU documentation
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards
- Guide and supervise junior doctors, RMOs, and ICU staff
