Job Summary:
We are seeking highly skilled Intelligent Automation Lead to design and implement scalable automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Platform, Python, and AI/ML technologies. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, leading automation strategy, and delivering impactful business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Intelligent Automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Identify automation opportunities and conduct process assessments to recommend automation solutions.
- Develop and deploy RPA workflows, cloud flows, and desktop automation solutions.
- Integrate automation solutions with AI/ML models, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Work with stakeholders to define automation roadmaps and deliver measurable business value.
- Implement AI-driven automation such as document processing, data extraction, and predictive models.
- Provide technical leadership to the automation team and mentor junior developers.
- Ensure automation solutions follow best practices, governance, and security standards.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and convert them into automation solutions.
- Monitor and optimize automation performance and scalability.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows)
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
- Experience integrating automation with AI/ML models
- Knowledge of API integrations and REST services
- Strong understanding of process automation frameworks and governance
- Experience in automation architecture and solution design
- Familiarity with AI Builder and cognitive services is a plus
Good To Have:
- Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio
Technical Expertise:
- 5–7 years in Intelligent Automation / RPA
- Experience with Power Automate, Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism
- Strong in SQL, VB Scripting & integrations
- Experience with Azure tools, process mining
- Familiar with Jira, Confluence, GitHub
Certifications:
- Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform / Automation / AI (preferred)
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
