 Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Intelligent Automation Developer to join our dynamic Automation Team. In this role, you will design and implement cutting-edge automation solutions using AI/ML and Generative AI technologies to improve business efficiency and drive innovation across multiple domains.

You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong focus on ownership, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality solutions.

• Design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions across business functions
• Build and implement GenAI/LLM-based applications for real-world use cases
• Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in automation or software development
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLMs
• Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy)
• Experience with ML frameworks: TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn
• Knowledge of NLP techniques: text summarization, sentiment analysis, NER
• Experience with Hugging Face
• Strong understanding of ML model development and evaluation
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining software systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering (Mandatory)

• Experience with MLOps tools (Airflow)
• Exposure to AWS services: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, SageMaker, VPC
• Experience with middleware tools like MuleSoft
• Knowledge of observability tools: Grafana, Arize
• Experience with GitLab, Vault, Passport (UAM / Config Management)
