A corporate law firm is expanding the business-services side of its IP practice and is hiring through Flexiple. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India. You would own the operational and portfolio-management side of the practice, working alongside the firm's IP partners rather than handling litigation yourself.

What you'll do

You will run the firm's trademark and IP docket for a set of retained clients, keeping filings, renewals, and correspondence with IP offices on schedule. You will draft status reports for clients, flag deadlines to partners before they become urgent, and keep the portfolio management system accurate as matters move.

Requirements are straightforward: 5 to 9 years managing IP or trademark portfolios, comfort working inside a law firm's client-service rhythm, and precise written English. An LLB helps but is not required if your docketing and portfolio experience is strong; what matters more is that nothing slips past a deadline on your watch.
