Intellectual Property Legal Assistant

We are looking for a proactive IP Attorney to work on all IP cases, including Trademarks, Patents, Geographical Indications and Design marks. The role involves end-to-end filing and client advisory on IP matters reporting to Legal Managers at HO.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Draft, file, and prosecute IP applications before respective registries.

2. Conduct legal research, handle oppositions, hearings, and rectifications.

3. Draft and review IP agreements, including licensing and assignments.

4. Advise clients on IP protection strategies and compliance.

5. Support IP awareness and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. LLB (IP specialization preferred); LLM a plus.

2. 1 - 2 years of experience in IP.

3. Strong research, drafting, and client-handling skills.
