Lead CounselYour role and responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for managing allegations reported to the Business Ethics Helpline, from opening cases and allocating to appropriate internal investigating resources in consultation with IIM leadership, to independently supporting the reporting process, and supervising the maintenance of the Helpline and its associated case management system.

Responsibilities
Manages the receipt of allegations via the company Business Ethics Helpline, email, or other reporting channels
Independently ensures proper triage (categorization and assignment) of reported concerns
Proactively supervises the operation of the integrity case management system, including coordination with the I.S. support team, implementation of user access model, communication of business interests and coordination of technical customization requests, changes to data fields, general upkeep and maintenance
Supports preparing data for internal and external reporting on ABB's integrity case portfolio, including communication with investigative community as required
Responsible for briefing new joiners to the investigative community on relevant tools and processes
Supports IIM leadership on data requests and analysis of matters in the case management system.
Qualifications for the role
Bachelor in Law, Commerce, Project Management CFE or Internal audit degree with process management experience Masters or other Post Graduate level in related fields preferred.
3-5 years of relevant professional experience in legal and integrity operations.
General understanding of legal technology and operations platform is a must, experience managing or supporting projects is preferred
Independent, reliable personal character with a strong sense of integrity along with demonstrated ability to collaborate in an international and multicultural environment
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Quick comprehension skills combined with a proactive, cando attitude with strong level of attention to detail and accuracy
Highly organized and able to manage and respond effectively to competing priorities
Strong stakeholdermanagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse functions, seniority levels, and global locations
Fluency (or native speaker level) in English is a must, additional languages are an advantage
